How do I create a ChartsLeague account?
Create an account from the ChartsLeague sign-up flow using your email and a secure password. Once registered, you can set up your trader profile and start practicing or competing.
How do I edit my profile?
Open your account or profile settings to update display details, preferences and other editable profile fields. Changes that appear publicly update on your trader profile after you save them.
What information appears on my trader profile?
Your trader profile can show public competitive information such as display name, ranking standing, recent results and tournament history. Private account settings remain visible only to you.
Can other users see my results?
Public competitive results and ranking information may appear on your trader profile and leaderboards. Exact visibility depends on what ChartsLeague shows publicly for competitive records.
Where can I view my tournament history?
Your tournament history is available from your profile and competitive history views. There you can review past events, placements and outcomes.
How do I change my email or password?
Update your email or password from account security settings. For your protection, ChartsLeague may ask you to confirm the change before it takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion is available from account settings or by contacting support. Once deleted, access to your account ends according to ChartsLeague’s data and retention policies.
How is my competitive record stored?
ChartsLeague stores your competitive results to power rankings, profiles and history. This record reflects tournament and match outcomes under platform rules and equal market conditions.
