1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ChartsLeague website, platform and related services.
By accessing or using ChartsLeague, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use ChartsLeague.
2. About ChartsLeague
ChartsLeague is a competitive trading platform designed for educational, practice and entertainment purposes.
The platform may provide features including trading tournaments, rankings, backtesting, simulated or historical trading environments, 1v1 trading competitions, analytics and other competitive trading functionality.
ChartsLeague does not operate as a broker, investment adviser or financial adviser and does not execute real-world trades on behalf of users unless explicitly stated through a separate regulated service or third-party provider.
3. No Financial Advice
ChartsLeague does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
Information, analytics, rankings, simulations, historical results and other content available through ChartsLeague are provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.
Nothing on ChartsLeague should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument or to follow any particular trading strategy.
You are responsible for your own financial and trading decisions.
4. Simulated and Historical Trading
ChartsLeague competitions, backtesting and other platform features may use simulated, historical or replayed market environments.
Simulated and historical results have inherent limitations and do not represent guarantees of actual trading performance.
Past performance, rankings, tournament results, backtesting results and simulated performance do not guarantee future results.
5. Accounts and Access
Certain ChartsLeague features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information where required;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- preventing unauthorised access to your account; and
- activity conducted through your account where reasonably attributable to your access or credentials.
You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, platform security or competitive integrity.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ChartsLeague lawfully and fairly.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to ChartsLeague or another user's account;
- interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure;
- exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended platform behaviour;
- manipulate tournament results, rankings or competitive systems;
- use bots, automation, scripts or other prohibited tools to obtain an unfair competitive advantage;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- submit malicious software or harmful code;
- scrape or systematically extract platform data where not expressly permitted;
- attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
- use ChartsLeague for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect the platform and its users.
7. Competitive Integrity
ChartsLeague is designed around skill-based competitive trading.
Users participating in tournaments, rankings, 1v1 competitions or other competitive features must comply with the applicable rules displayed for those activities.
Rules may include limits relating to trading behaviour, risk, drawdown, permitted instruments, timeframes, number of trades or other competition-specific requirements.
Attempts to cheat, collude, manipulate results, exploit technical errors or otherwise gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification, removal from rankings, account restrictions or suspension.
8. Tournaments and Prizes
ChartsLeague may host or facilitate free-to-enter trading tournaments.
Certain tournaments may offer prizes funded by ChartsLeague, prop firms, sponsors, partners or other third parties.
Available prizes, eligibility requirements, competition rules and any additional conditions should be displayed for the relevant tournament.
Prizes may include cash prizes, funded-account challenges, evaluations, partner products, discounts or other rewards.
A funded-account challenge, evaluation or similarly described prize is not necessarily equivalent to cash or an immediately funded trading account. Any conditions imposed by the provider of a third-party prize may apply.
ChartsLeague does not guarantee that tournaments or prizes will always be available.
Where a prize is provided by a third party, fulfilment may also be subject to that provider's eligibility requirements, terms and verification procedures.
9. Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ChartsLeague and participation in any competition is lawful where you live.
Specific tournaments or prizes may have additional eligibility requirements, including age, location or partner-specific restrictions.
ChartsLeague may require reasonable verification before awarding certain prizes or allowing participation in specific features.
10. Rankings and Performance Data
ChartsLeague may generate rankings, ratings, statistics, analytics and performance records based on activity conducted through the platform.
Rankings are intended to reflect performance according to ChartsLeague's applicable methodology and rules.
ChartsLeague may correct rankings or results where technical errors, invalid activity, rule violations or data issues are identified.
Commercial relationships, sponsorships or partnerships should not determine competitive ranking position.
11. Third-Party Services
ChartsLeague may integrate with or display services, data, charts, content or functionality supplied by third parties.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, licences and availability.
ChartsLeague does not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will always remain available, uninterrupted or unchanged.
12. Intellectual Property
ChartsLeague and its original platform design, software, branding, graphics, content and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit ChartsLeague proprietary materials without permission.
Third-party trademarks, market data, charts, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Platform Availability and Changes
ChartsLeague is under active development and may be offered as a beta or evolving service.
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, legal or business reasons.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages or other circumstances may temporarily affect the platform.
14. Risk Disclosure
Trading and financial markets involve risk.
ChartsLeague may provide simulated or historical trading environments, but experience or success in those environments does not guarantee success in live financial markets.
Users are solely responsible for decisions involving real money, brokerage accounts, funded accounts or financial instruments outside ChartsLeague.
Do not make financial decisions solely on the basis of ChartsLeague rankings, analytics, tournament results, simulations or other platform information.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to ChartsLeague where reasonably necessary, including where a user:
- materially violates these Terms;
- cheats or manipulates competitive systems;
- creates security or operational risks;
- engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
- abuses other users, partners or the platform.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
You may stop using ChartsLeague at any time.
16. Disclaimers
ChartsLeague is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we aim to provide accurate and reliable platform functionality, we do not guarantee that all information, simulations, market data, analytics or other content will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChartsLeague will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from or related to use of the platform.
ChartsLeague is not responsible for trading or investment losses resulting from decisions made outside the platform or in reliance on simulations, rankings, analytics, historical data or other informational content provided through the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ChartsLeague develops or as legal, technical or operational requirements change.
When changes are made, the updated version and revision date will be published on this page.
Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of ChartsLeague after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
